Each year the State Council
groups four to five
councils, in the same
geographic area, together to
form a district. The
district is overseen by the
District Deputy, who is
appointed by the State
Deputy with approval of the
Supreme Knight.
This year, the Belltown
Council, was assigned to
district. District 31 is
overseen by District Deputy
Howard A. McSparren, III. The other
